You're never blocked mid-shipment. Overage pallets are billed at a flat rate — and if you regularly exceed your limit, we'll help you find a better plan.
Ship 8 pallets in a month? You pay €20 (plan) + €15 (3 × €5) = €35 total.
Ship 60 pallets in a month? You pay €50 (plan) + €20 (10 × €2) = €70 total.
Enterprise includes unlimited pallets. Ship 500 pallets this month, your bill is still €100 flat.
If your overage charges in two consecutive months would exceed the cost of the next plan up, we'll automatically surface a one-click upgrade suggestion in your dashboard. You're always in control — we just make it easy to see when upgrading saves you money.
Real scenarios based on how our own team and customers use ShipmentPlanner every day.
Before ShipmentPlanner, planning each pallet shipment took ~4 hours of manual spreadsheet work — calculating box counts, verifying SKU quantities, formatting the Amazon template.
Shipping 30 pallets/month to Amazon FBA and two 3PLs. Layer-level optimization improved average pallet utilization by 12%, consolidating 4 pallets — saving on freight costs.
A team of 3 logistics coordinators previously spent ~15 hrs/week each on shipment prep, warehouse communication, and documentation. Now it's under 5 hrs/week each.
ROI estimates are illustrative. Actual results depend on your volume, hourly rates, and operational setup.
No lengthy implementation projects. Most teams plan their first live shipment within 2–3 days.
Sign up, get instant access to the full platform. Import your SKU catalog via CSV or enter products manually. Each SKU gets its own packing instruction card — dimensions, weight, images, notes for warehouse staff.
Add your Amazon FBA destinations and any 3PL or own-warehouse locations. Set default pallet types, max heights, and stacking rules per destination so the planner always optimises for your real-world constraints.
Enter SKU quantities and let ShipmentPlanner calculate box counts, arrange pallets layer-by-layer, and generate the Amazon Shipment Template in one click. Review the optimised layout before sending anything.
A 30-minute live session with a ShipmentPlanner team member. We review your setup, answer questions, and tune the planner to match how you actually work — pallet height limits, carrier preferences, label formats.
Add warehouse staff as restricted users. They see the shipment queue and packing instructions but cannot modify plans. Backoffice staff get full access. Status updates flow back in real time so you always know what's happening on the warehouse floor.
Enterprise teams get additional hands-on training sessions, tailored to your specific workflows. We cover advanced features like multi-warehouse coordination, SLA reporting, and custom integration options.
Everything you need to know before committing.
Any pallet shipment planned and submitted through ShipmentPlanner within a calendar month. Both Amazon FBA pallets and 3PL/warehouse pallets count toward your monthly total.
You won't be cut off. Overage pallets are billed at a flat per-pallet rate — €5/pallet on Starter, €2/pallet on Growth. The charge appears on your next monthly invoice. If you regularly exceed your limit we'll proactively suggest upgrading to a more cost-effective plan.

No, all prices exclude VAT. EU-based businesses may be subject to local VAT rates depending on your billing country. The applicable VAT is calculated and shown at checkout.
Current plans are billed annually. Monthly billing is available on request — contact us. The monthly rate is typically ~20% higher than the equivalent annual rate.
Instead of just counting how many boxes fit on a pallet, ShipmentPlanner optimizes at the layer level: it calculates the best box arrangement per layer, how many layers stack safely, and which SKUs to group together for maximum space efficiency. This typically reduces pallet count by 5–15%.
You create a shipment plan and set it to 'Waiting for Warehouse'. Your warehouse team receives it with packing instructions, confirms or flags issues, updates progress through 8 statuses, and marks it complete when ready for carrier pickup — all within the platform.
Growth and Enterprise plans include a live 30-minute onboarding call with a ShipmentPlanner team member. We'll walk through importing your SKU catalog, configuring warehouses, and planning your first shipment together. Enterprise plans also include additional team training sessions.
